日本国内への配送：400円～2,700円

お支払い時期
クレジットカード、PayPalその他の即時決済は、ご注文確定時に処理されます。
コンビニ決済その他の前払い方式をご利用の場合は、決済画面に表示される期限までにお支払いください。
実際の引落日は、ご利用のカード会社または決済サービスの規定によります。
商品の発送・引渡し時期
商品はアメリカ合衆国から発送されます。主な発送拠点はカリフォルニア州およびテキサス州です。
決済完了の確認後、通常2～7営業日以内に発送します。
発送後のお届けには通常10～14日程度かかります。ただし、配送先、通関手続、天候、祝日、配送業者の事情その他の状況により、さらに日数を要する場合があります。
返品・交換
お客様都合による返品または交換はお受けしておりません。
商品に欠陥がある場合、配送中に破損した場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後14日以内に、注文番号および商品の状態が分かる写真を添えて、info.norgaard@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。
内容を確認のうえ、交換または返金にて対応します。欠陥、破損または誤配送による返品送料は、当方が負担します。
キャンセル
法令上認められる場合を除き、ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。ご注文内容を十分にご確認のうえ、ご購入ください。

Additional Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery destination, product, and quantity.
Delivery within Japan: ¥400–¥2,700
The exact amount varies depending on the product and quantity.
For deliveries outside Japan, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Payment Methods
Credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods made available through Shopify or KOMOJU are accepted.
Payment Timing
Credit-card, PayPal, and other immediate online payments are processed when the order is confirmed.
For convenience-store payments and other prepaid payment methods, payment must be completed by the deadline displayed during the payment process.
The date on which funds are charged or withdrawn may depend on the customer’s card issuer or payment provider.
Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from the United States, primarily from California and Texas.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery normally takes approximately 10–14 days after dispatch. Additional time may be required because of the destination, customs processing, weather, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or other reasons attributable to the customer.
For defective products, products damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied products, please contact info.norgaard@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the condition of the product.
After reviewing the claim, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. We will cover reasonable return-shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Order Cancellations
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, orders generally cannot be canceled after confirmation for reasons attributable to the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
