We ship internationally through our trusted production partner. Each order is made to order, allowing us to reduce waste and create responsibly.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production prior to shipping.
Estimated Shipping Times
Orders ship from the United States (California and Texas). Estimated delivery times after processing are:

Japan: typically 10–14 days (may vary by region)

Asia, Australia & other international destinations: 7–20 business days
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

Japan: 400–2,700 yen nationwide (varies by product and quantity, shipping fee is calculated at checkout). Please note that items ship from the United States, so import taxes or customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Other international orders (outside Japan): Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info.norgaard@gmail.com. While we do our best to support, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.
